Returns
As all of our products are generally made-to-order, customised or bespoke items are generally non-returnable unless they are found to be faulty. This follows UK consumer law, recognizing the unique nature of these specially made pieces. 

Notification of Faults or Damages
We encourage our customers to carefully inspect their purchases upon delivery. In the rare event of receiving faulty or damaged goods, we request that you notify us in writing within 24 hours of receipt.

Return Costs
Customers are responsible for both arranging and covering the cost of returning goods unless we are at fault, in which case we will pay for and arrange for return delivery.

International Returns
We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept international returns.
